How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast our beans in small batches daily. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at its peak flavor profile.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

While we recommend whole beans for maximum freshness, we offer several grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your brewing method.

Where does Union Coffee source its beans?

We source our beans through direct-trade relationships with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring fair wages for farmers and high-quality crops.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roastery.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
